Partition walls

Partition walls with plasterboard sheathing can be built on a structure made of width profiles 50, 75 or 100 Mm, with single or double plasterboard cladding.

Characteristic examples of partition walls;

• Partition wall with single plasterboard sheathing – Functional parameters of the simplest partition wall on a structure made of CW profiles 50 (post profile) and UW 50 (horizontal profile) with single plasterboard sheathing: single plated from g-k thick boards 12,5 Mm, fire resistance class F 0,5 / The 30, sound insulation Rw = up to 42 Db, RA = to 37 Db, wall weight ok. 26 kg/m2, wall thickness 75 Mm, maximum wall height 300 Cm.

• Partition wall with double plasterboard sheathing – Functional parameters of the partition wall on the structure of profiles with the largest available width – CW 100 (post profile) and UW 100 (horizontal profile) with double sheathing plasterboard are as follows: fire resistance class F 2 / The 120 (with g-k boards type GKF or GKFI, filled with mineral wool of density 43 – 70 kg/m3i thickness 50 Mm), sound insulation Rw = up to 54 Db, RA1 = up to 50 Db, wall weight ok. 50 kg/m', wall thickness 150 Mm, maximum wall height 650 Cm.

• Partition wall on double construction and with double plasterboard sheathing has two applications: o to increase sound insulation (profiles separated by sealing tape) o as an installation wall in kitchens, bathrooms and toilets, which allows you to hang sanitary facilities and conveniently run the plumbing system inside the wall.
