Designing – Convection oven

tmp1e74-15Before designing a convection oven, we should stock up on the data sheet of the heating cartridge, which we want to apply. As a rule, a scale sketch is attached to the datasheet 1:10. If in the project we also make a scale 1:10 drawing of the horizontal projection of the furnace, we can apply the dimensions of the cartridge to it. Then we see, where our project provides too little space and where there is an excess of it.

The heating insert should also be selected according to DIN. additional heating box. The required height of the tiled stove above the plane of the cartridge setting can be calculated from the formula: the height of the heating insert + minimum 15 cm to the height of the paws + exhaust gas connection + 15 cm of intermediate space from the top edge of the flue gas connection to the inner side of the furnace cover + furnace cover thickness. From the side tarsus between the heating insert and the furnace wall must be at least 10 Cm. From the side of the wall of the room, insulation with reflective coatings is required. The following terms refer to the upper sketch: 1 = heating insert, 2 = reflective blah, 3 = additional heating box. 4 = flue gas pipe. 5 = wall insulation. 6 = visible furnace wall, 7 = air grate.
